Join us to explore the hidden world of tracking. Learning the art of wildlife tracking is a great way for nature enthusiasts of all ages to hone their observation and detective skills and build their knowledge of wildlife and place. Sessions will be lead by certified wildlife tracker Dan Puplett.
This session will focus on an introduction to tracks and sign in the coastal environment, looking at a range of sign including footprints, scats and feeding signs. We will explore the coastal dunes, beach and mudflat areas. Depending on weather we may also cover some woodland.
This session is recommended for age 16+ as we will be looking at some more advanced tracks and signs.
