Autumn is a great time for gathering wild foods. In this inspiring workshop we will get to know and try out a range of seasonal edibles, and discover their role in the lives of humans and wildlife. Learn safe, sustainable foraging, along with some tasty and surprising recipes! We will also be joined by superb storyteller, Dougie Mackay, who will share with us traditional tales of the plants and animals in the landscape as we prepare and eat foraged food around the fire!
